On the 09:30 Mon 17 Dec I published a detailed report re the DATA "call"limit" that was removed from my DATA account and i was invoiced for R3300. To date the only feedback I got from Vodacom (27 Dec 2012) is from Lesley Abels eService Senior Consultant who tells me to convert this to a pre-paid account - WOW what an intelligent answer... Since then I have tried twice to get hold of her via email (since for some reason they do not include their contact numbers). Again - Vodacom is silent. The fact of the matter is that since I have reinstated this call limit, I no longer have this DATA over-charge. Vodacom has decided to remove this initial limit - they need to refund me - and that's it. Will the manager in charge of Lesley Abels please come back to me - as she is adding fuel to fire instead of resolving the issue. The number related to this infringement from Vodacom: 079 497 2026.
