My reference number : 53-Lu226-675-vt with vodacom
on the 14/03/2012 Vodacom called me to inform me that i have a a cell phone contract with them, of which i said, i do not have a contract with Vodacom or any other cell phone provider. i do how ever have prepaid with Vodacom.
they then asked me to make an affidavit at the closet SAPS, of which i did with the above ref number.
Vodacom deducted R208.87 from my account, however i had insuffient funds at the time.
the returned debit order was an amount of R105.
A staff member from Vodacom contacted me around May / June 2012 to let me know that my, problem has been sent to the Vodacom department.
After June 2012 no one has contacted me from Vodacom to let me know whats happening. even though this person said Vodacom will keep me updated
i want to know, why no one has contacted me, i want to know who took a contract on my name, i want to know which Vodacom staff member gave this person a cell phone contract on my name, so i can take legal action against these people.and so should Vodacom
and i want my money back
I would like to be contacted with a resolution ASAP
