Vodacom do not respond

I have put a report about bad service on Hellopeter on the 20th February 2013. The next day I received a report number from Lesley Abels, eService Senior Consultant, Vodacom. I have responded to his email. Up to today (28th) I have not receive any response on my e-mail. I phoned Vodacom Call Cente and according to them the number that I received from Lesley does not exist. If a senior consultant cant help you, what now. I do have 6 contracts with Vodacom, the one I must renew now, but I am sorry, at this rate I will not do it. Never again with Vodacom.
