Vodacom

I mike have Vodacom accounts and on the 2nd jan the debit order did not go through for some reason and this only come to my attention on the 20th jan via sms saying I am in the rears, so I contact Vodacom with regards to paying and I get told I can pay at any Vodacom shop, so this morning I went to Vodacom lakeside to pay and fix my account and get told I cant pay there??? I then call Vodacom and get told I can once again go to any Vodacom shop, lie?? Vodacom is Vodacom I should be able to pay my account at ANY VODACOM!!! its 2014 and u would think a company as big as Vodacom would be with technology, but it seems they cant figure out a simple payment plan which allows users to pay at any store, seems very silly, and then still to get told by ur call centre I can go to any store and pay!!! and more, all I want to do is pay my account, but seems Vodacom does not want my money
