Have not received my data for the month

On 25 Oct 2012 I bought a 2Gb/month prepaid for R1299.00 which I loaded that day. On 25 Nov and 25 Dec I received my monthly 2Gb, but it is now 28 Jan 2013 and I have not yet received my 2Gb which should have been loaded on the 25th.

I phoned the call center today and was on the line for about 30 minutes with Sibonelo who said he would submit a call and send me the reference number, but I never received it.

I am very frustrated that I have to rely on 8ta to get online at the moment. Please Cell C, sort this out quickly...
