Vodacom

I have been a platinum member and with this a yearly upgrade is given, however i have been informed that my contract has also been extended for two years surely this is a ploy to lock clients in and cannot be lawfull? I feel why should i move to another network whe i have been a loyal customer to vodacom for many years. What benifit is platinum status if not for the the yearly upgrade.ps check what MTN is doing wit their prestigious clients.
