On the 7/8/2013 I handed my cell phone in for repairs. To date I have still not received my phone back and every time I either phone or go to the shop, they promise to phone me back. Well this never happens.. I had to borrow a phone because they did not offer me a loan phone. As a cell phone is the only way of communication that I have and I live alone. I want to know how can they still charge me every month for a phone on my contract, but for 2 months I have not had one, is this not a form of them having broken the contract as they are charging me for something that I do not have
