On 23 September I went to Telkom in Alberton City Mall and applied for an ADSL line of 2Mbps - the special was "do uncapped advanced" for R459pm plus R194pm line rental. The line was installed today but I checked the speed and it is only 1Mbps not the 2Mbps that I asked for and am paying for. I spent 25 minutes on the phone holding for them. Now I call and am told that they cannot change the service, I have to sort it out myself. Please can you change me to the package I applied for.
