I got my phone in November 2012 within two weeks my phone was dysfunctional. I had not dropped my phone. I took my phone back into Cell C and my phone went in for repairs. The phone came back and within a week the same thing was happening again, the exact same faults!!! I took my phone in for repair again. It came back and within two days was again malfunctioning. I took my phone into Cell C .I was told that they cannot replace the phone that it must go back four times for the same faults before a replacement is considered. The problem is that each repair takes a month at least to come back meaning I have now been without a phone for three months.i continue to pay subscriptions for a service I cannot use and add insult to injury my airtime is lost as it does not carry over to the following month. The staff at Cell C said there is nothing they can do to help me with this phone that we have to follow the process. I asked to end my contract and was told that even if I handed the phone in I would still have to pay the balance of the contract fees amounting to over R1800!!! I am desperate as I pay and pay yet still sit without a phone as it is still getting repaired!!! HELP!!!
