Enquiry of cell phone repai

On 2013-11-24 i visited the shop to enquire about my cell phone that I handed in on 2013-11-03.The person who helped me was asked by me to go and see if the cell phone is back from repairs, she took the job card look at the date and told me that the phone will not be their, they will contact me within 7 to 21 days after submission date if the phone is ready to be collect. On 2013-11-25 I phoned the shop and was informed that the phone is already there. I noticed on the repair document that the phone was received at the shop on
2013-11-13. It seems to me that they aren`t very keen to help the customers.
