I reported that my phone was not charging on 23/12/2012, to Cell C call center, i was put through to the cell c -insurance. After discovering that there is no longer a cell c in Secunda, I had to take my phone in for repairs to the "nearest" branch, an hours drive away! I handed in my phone for repairs and completed a claim form in the case that my phone is not repairable to be replaced, as i pay for insurance every month. After more than a month, I collected my phone only to discover it had not been repaired. And again submitted the phone for repairs, when it came back the second time, It said it was not repairable and that I should complete a claim form again, the form was "missing". The form was submitted with the phone on the 29/5/13. Today I received a call to inform me that they would not pay out for my phone NOR would they replace it! I requested that my insurance costs for the phone over the last year be refunded, which they refuse to do. (R37, 19 pm is deducted but they offer FALSE insurance! Insurance is A practice by which a company provides a guarantee of compensation for specified loss, damage, in return for payment..-WHAT A JOKE CELL C!!! You are from clients.
