I took a contract with Cell C in October 2013.In mid November my phone stopped working, it did not switch on. I took it for repairs on the 21/22 November and upon collection on the 5 December I found out that the screen was broken. I refused to take it and demanded a loan phone.o N THE 21ST January 2014 I spoke to Daniel at the repairs centre and he promised to attend to my problem, to date.
I am demanding a new phone from Cell C as they get my premiums every month and I am inconvenienced with a loan phone which works as and when it wants. I f I don't get a new phone I am cancelling my contract with immediate effect.
