Being Billed But Never Received Anything

I'm quite upset i'm being billed for something which I have not received. your consultantant Warabiele offered me a contract and after thinking it through my husband and I told him we were not interested and that we received a better offer at Cell C. he then said that he would talk to one of his managers to see if they can't assist and he called back saying that the manager unfortunately cannot give us a better deal. We then declined the contract and he assured me that the there would not be any costs or any debits from my account. On 28 August 2013 there was a debit on my account for an amount of R454.86. I could not understand what was happening as I was told that there was no contract for me. I phoned the office with a ref no: 53286960 and was told by the consultant that someone will call me back. nobody phoned. On 26 September 2013 I had a debit of R454.86 Ref No: 53823294 and on 28 September 2013 another R454.86 ref No: 54636311.
Now I would seriously like to know who the is going to pay unpaid bank charges on my cheque account which is R90 per item? I'm charged for unpaid items and Nxatel is just debiting. I need this sorted or I will hand it to my lawyer.
