I haven't been able to access my online MTN account for months and after about 30 emails and numerous different ref numbers from call centre agents and MTN consultants in store, I still cannot access it and no one is helping me.
I also asked for URL itemised billing on 30 sept and after following up with a number of calls and emails again for this issue (and have 2 ref now for this query), I still haven't received it a month later.
