Lack of customer service and lack feedback

Hi I would loke to lodge a complaint about the lack of service and customer care received at Vodashop Bayside Branch in Table View. I reported the stollen phone on the 11/09/2013 @ 09:30and providd all information required. I filled in the paperwork for insurance to replace my phone Gallaxy S2 ans was told will be contacted by the following day and 12PM. The day went pass no phone call and the following day I went back to find out what was happening to my surprise I was told the phone is only insured for R2500 and when I asked how can that be posible that a phone that worth more that R6000 can be insured for less that what its worth. I then discover that they confuse this with my other package I have with them. I have 3 contracts with Vodacom.
1. 0822196400 - top up R135 with Nokia phone
2. 0824162569 -top up R350 with Sumsung
3. 0767379800 - business call package with Gallaxy S2 and Gallaxy tablet 10.1
They told they are looking for contract paperwork and they will investigate and come back to me. I yet to get a phone call from VODACOM or the dealer principal of this shop. Iam very unpappy with the service of this outlet and need my phone replaced. Mr Gumede 0824162569
