Goes the Extra Mile!

I would like to commend Vodacom's eService team on their wonderful service. To cut a long story short, my father is overseas and needed to have his number set on roaming. The team members were not only on the ball with responding quickly, but went through the trouble of contacting my father to ensure that his number was activated before he had to fly to his next destination. Excellent service indeed!
