I AM A BUSINESS CLIENT FROM VODACOM, OR I WAS. MY LINE WAS CUT OFF BY VODACOM WITH OUT ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER. I CALLED VODACOM AND EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I HAVE DONE 2 PAYMENTS IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS, I THEN ASKED THE LADY TO SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH THE CONTACTS SO THAT I CAN SEND MY PROOF OF PAYMENT. VODACOM HAS NOT DONE THIS. I AM A BUSINESS CUSTOMER WITH VODACOM. THEY JUST CUT ME OFF WITH OUT EVEN CALLING ME TO SEE WHAT IS WRONG. I SPEND OVER R5000-00 PER MONTH WITH VODACOM, INCLUDING MY OTHER NUMBERS. I'M SO DISGUSTED AT THE WAY VODACOM TREATS ME EVEN THOUGH I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY WITH THEM. ALL I WANT IS VODACOM TO SEND ME THE DETAILS SO THAT I CAN SEND THEM THE PROOF OF MY PAYMENT. ONCE I'VE SENT MY PROOF, I DO NOT WANT VODACOM TO SWITCH THAT NUMBER AGAIN ON, AS I WILL BE TRANSFERRING ALL MY OTHER VODACOM NUMBERS TO 8TA. I WILL ALSO SELL MY HANDSET, AND I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING EVER TO DO WITH VODACOM EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF VODACOM FOR 15 YEARS AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET FROM THEM??? VODACOM IS USELESS... THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CUT YOU OFF WITH OUT EVEN INQUIRING IF SOMETHING IS WRONG. VODACOM IS USELESS. I URGE PEOPLE TO MOVE TO 8TA...
