I upgraded my one Vodacom account on 28 August 2013,
Since then I had problems with the phone that I received after upgrading.
I went back 3 times to the vodashop in the kollonade shopping centre. On the 3 time (Monday 2 September) the vodashop took the new phone for some kind of software repairs. Since then we cannot get hold of any of Vodacom's customer care phone lines. the shop took the phone to investigate and repair I have not heared anything since, I send emails to Vodacom and they want jobcard nrs etc. where will I find that???
