I was given a Faulty phone by Vodacom Direct

I have bought a Nokia Luminia 920 phone from vodacom two month ago, .
after 2 weeks i have received the phone, the phone started rebooting itself and when i make a call it goes to sleep mode
I toke the phone to Vodacom shop (Absa Towers JHB) for repairs and the phone came back after 2 weeks but the phone was now scratched, i rejected the phone and ask them to return back for repair. The phone came back after 2 weeks again and i have been told that it has been repaired, after a week the phone just went dead.
When i toke the phone back to Vodacom i discover that my phone was replaced with this faulty phone without my knowledge. The have booked in the phone again and i am not sure if is going to be replaced with a faulty one again. This is so disappointing because i only had a phone for 2 months but in actual fact i have used it for 3 weeks. I have taken the phone on 24 months contract and i am know wondering if i have made a right choice with vodacom. Any assistance with this query will be much appreciated. I am so disappointed with Vodacom
