I bought a contract phone in September..The lady that helped me asked if I'm interested in insurance, and I said yes I am include it..Suddenly after I get calls from someone from Durban call centre asking if I'm not interested in insurance because my phone isn't insured..And I told her my phone is insured..Only to find out later that my phone is not insured at all... So I went back to Hemmingsway to go find out what's happening, And why is my phone not insured, Pity I ddnt find the lady that helped me before, I found someone else..But she did help me and my phone was insured. But now how come my insurance charge aint the same amount that's on my contract? Why would you take my insurance up without consulting with me 1st..firstly I had to go out of my way to get the insurance where by it wasn't my fault it was not insured. Now I go out of my way again to question why my insurance went up..I havnt had the phone for more than 5 months, but already experiencing so much bad service...
