Cell phone contract

To whom it way concern.

I Irena Stoltz took up a contract with Vodacom in East rand mall on the 25 July 2013.
According to your people records I was given air time on the 26 July 2013 however I did not received any air time as my number was a MTN number and it took more than 2 days to convert it to Vodacom.
On the 1 August I was charged 236.00 rand for whatever charges you guys deduct, on the 25 August you people deducted 522.00 from my account, on the 27 August without any sort of communication the contract was cancelled by the shop's manager. After constant telephoning communication with the shop and customer care noting was resolved beside the contract was re-instated and I was then charged again 242.64 on the 29 August 2013.I refused to pay this money as its not fair to pay 3 times in one month for someone else's mess.
The shop manager is so useless that she didn't even border to call me back or to let me know what is happening with this whole situation. According to her everything is fixed and there is no problem. Even the cell phone insurance have been cancelled. Yesterday i received my statement and to my surprise the 242.64 is been put back on the account and r100 for not pay
