Trying since June 2013 to renew contract. Has been to the store various times. Reported on Hellopeter and got immediate respons. Made two calls to customer's call centre. Still no phone though! Called the Customer's Call Centre on Sunday after a waisted day at the branch. Care centre could not understand enquiry as a phone was booked out according the system. Yesterday back to the branch. Assistant said he is still waiting for authorization! Now how do you solve that! Cherry on the cake was when the assistant said he did not call back because there was a complaint and he therefore assumed that his services was no longer needed ...! UGH? According to me if somebody complained about your service, you should improve it, not stop it!! This renewal has become a rediculous sircus! Nobody should have an 8ta phone contract! This company is incompetent! Really!
