I have never In my entire LIFE RECEIVED SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM A SERVICE PROVIDER I THOUGHT CELL C WAS BAD BUT VODACOM IS BY FAR THE WORST, NETWORK PROVIDER, I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT IN JULY ON THE 17 AND CANCELLED IT ON THE 25TH OF JULY AS VODACOM FAILED TO PORT MY PREPAID VODACOM NUMBER TO CONTRACT, ONLY KNOW I FIND OUT CONTRACT WAS NOT CANCELLED AND THAT I HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE FOR AUGUST I DID NOT EVEN HAVE THEIR PHONE IN AUGUST. I BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 3HRS CALLING DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS SEARCHING FOR SOMEONE TO TELL ME WHAT'S HAPPENING ITS FRUSTRATING. IM CALLING THEM USING MY TIME MY ENERGY AND MY AIRTIME TO FIX WHAT SOMEONE IN THEIR DEPARTMENT FAILED TO PUT RIGHT. IT UNBELIEVABLE CALL CENTRE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD.
