Manager fails to take charge & reverse contract

Hi,
I went to Vodacom to convert my prepaid into a contract and keep my number. The first visit went well I chose a contract deal and signed but later that day I realised I made a huge mistake. I then went to the store to make a cancellation on that deal the consultant told me that I would need to come back once the deal has been cancelled to open a new contract file for the new deal and it was cancelled 2 days later. But after a few days I find out I have been put on a deal without any communication and I didn't even sign another contract and this deal included a phone which till this day I don't have. So I called them a couple of times and no one was eager to help or explain. My husband and I went there and the consultant wasn't at work and we left a note for the manager to call us back to discuss a way forward. The manager did not call and my husband called her a few times and eventually she was available and she said she will look into the matter and call us back but did not and we called again she promised that the deal will be cancelled the following Monday (that was a month ago). I have since been billed without having the phone with me which means its a.
