Debating my account after a cancelled my contract

Went for a upgrade in July. Before I received the new phone on cell c I asked Johan if I could rather go to mtn my reason for doing that was because cell c network is poor an i have been struggling to make or receive calls on cell c. He then said yes an he could match the deal mtn had on the s3 mini. He said my cell c contract will be cancelled an that the new contract amount will be debated August of r198. August came I still didn't have the phone an no updates from Johan. Nashua then debated r265 which they where not suppose to do. During the month of August I went to them a few times asking them what the is going on. Johan said it was his fault an I will be credited for his mistake. After they promised to get back to me he never. I had to go back in and I spoke to George the manager. I than asked them to cancel the contract cause i still didn't have the s3mini. They then debated r319 the first of September and now I see my phone is soft locked. I went to the bank an I stopped all debates for Nashua from my account.
