I'm a South African citizen and currently out of the country on business.
It was brought to my attention by one of my clients in SA that asked "what was the meaning of the profile picture I had on my profile? "
And she continued to say" I mean on your SA number? " I then advised that I had just come out of a meeting and actually need to follow up with MTN what was going on? It was at this moment that I realized someone else was using my number. MTN has given away my number why why? and why do we have rica or sim registrations if we can't keep track of the numbers in use, please educate me if I'm lost. The new user says he bought the sim at some super plaza in Pretoria "Capital City"This is merely an inconsiderate and ungrateful telecommunication situation for [URL Removed] from one of my most valued brands in my own country, and being in a foreign country that is accurate on safety and customer satisfaction makes one ashamed & embarrassed to speak highly of our services in SA.
I have been with MTN ever since my 10th Grade have traveled in and out of the country since 06 and this is a first but most irresponsible, inconveniencing situation I have ever had to deal with both for business
