To whom it may concern

I upgraded to a blackberry Z10 end of October. Beginning December I started to have problems with my camera it said camera can't be started, I called in they said its just software I should do a security wipe and then try again, it didn't help. I took my phone in on the 7th to the Cresta repair centre, THe lady that assisted me that I will get my phone the Sunday before 5. When I went the sunday the phone was not ready, the lady said they send it to the advanced repair centre and that the camera would be replaced. I called them spoke to Bongani who promised to have the phone ready by Wednesday afternoon, when I went to the shop the phone was not there, Then I called again and spoke to Neville who was not very helpful, he said I will get my phone. I tried to contact Blackberry spoke to Patrick he said he will call me back, but he never. My problem is if the phone go on like that after just 1 month what will happen after 6months, it will fall apart. This is definitely a faulty phone. I don't want that phone back, I either want another phone, or Vodacom must please cancel my contract, im not going to go on with a phone that will be in a repair centre every 2m
