I am the client who happened to lost my puk number. I have tried to call callcentre many times untill last Tuesday when I decided to confront Edgars in Eastgate they tried to call rmcs callcentre where the phone was dropped several times they told me to try again Wednesday morning, indeed i did as told untill the agent from RMCS promised to call or sms the puk and gave me the reference number, 1309112496222
