No service from Advanced Repair Centre

I took my phone to the Eastgate repairs in April this year as the phone was frozen and nothing would work. They sent it off for repairs and replaced the keypad and told me it was repaired. When I collected phone saw it was still frozen so did not accept it. Eatsgate sent it back and then I got a quote for R700 to do the same repair again. I called and explained that this repair had already been done and would not fix the problem and did not understand why I should pay to fix something that had already been tried. Herman at eastgate has tried his best to help me but the advanced repair call centre refuses to liste to him nor me. I keep calling them and explaining that this repair will not fix the phone as has been done already and did not work. After speaking to many people at the ARC and not getting joy, I called Edward the manager of call centre said my phone would be returned unfixed, I again explained again, he said Eastgate had not done any repairs and yet Herman says they have, so there is a bad communbication gap between the repair shop and the call centre and all that happens is the customer gets no service. I am very unhappy as this phone is still new.
