New Blackberry Q5 taken on contract upgrade in July 2013 at Northgate branch, after 2 months it started giving problems. On 29 September 2013 I returned the phone to the store where I was advised to take it to the Vodacom repair shop at Fourways mall. Surprise surprise they couldn't fix the problem, so it had to be sent to the advanced repair centre. I was told it could take up to 21 days to repair which is unacceptable!!!
If your so called advanced repair centre is unable to repair the phone in 1 week then I quite honestly do not want it! Vodacoms service or lack thereof is a disgrace, Call centre phone lines are down, head office is non existent and those who do answer the phones have no clue what is going on!!!
This needs to be sorted out ASAP as I refuse to pay for a service I am not receiving!
