I was called in June and i was told my account will be cancelled th 1st of august by a sales rep or customer service rep at Virgin mobile and they told me my last payment will be for July and yet they are still trying to deduct money from my account. i am actually so tired of this and its adding on to my stress i am now 17weeks pregnant and i am not suppose to stress about this as i am already having money problem and reason for my cancellation is becasue i don not use this account which i explained to the sales rep and yet they are still trying to deduct from my account with me thinking my account has already been cancelled. i am going to lay a complaint with consumers rights if nothing is going to be done about this.
