I've had numerous problems in getting my Blackberry repaired and shocking service since January.
1st incident was told the phone would cost R900 to repair, until i reminded them phone is still under warranty. Took at over a monthand then 8ta replaced the phone.
2nd incident - was given a replacement and I was not informed it was a refurbished phone second hand. Apart from the problem of no ring tone resulting in many missed calls -Imagine my wife's surprise in finding pic's of another women in her nightclothes on my phone. Thank goodness the date was on the pic which showed it was before i had a blackberry. 8ta apologised, but this begs the question, the replacement phone was older than my contract.
3rd problem sticky keys-phone again taken in and yay i finally get another refurbished phone - except now there is no memory card with the phone. What happened to my memory card? what happened to the memory card with the half naked lady? every time i get to the store excuses -how the manager is not in, email was sent but no reply, it's the service centre, it's the courier, it's always someone else. Cant even cancel the contract- cause no one know how much the cancellation will cost
