Incompetent Sales People

Hi, I am hoping someone will be able to help me retreive my husbands Memory Card, before I come back into your shop and throw his phone in your Managers face.
My husband has a contract through his dad, and in December he was able to have a new phone. He came in and the girl that helped him gave him the Blackberry 9720. He paid to have it all updated as per what normally happens when you get a new cell. Then 2 weeks later his phone froze and would not charge or turn on, so he brought it in to the Tyger Valley branch, where a lad helped him and told my husband that the phone must be sent away, as it sounds like the battery is faulty. Question - Why not just swap the battery?
Anyway he took the phone but did not take the Memory card out of the phone, and my husband was told that they will phone him when the phone is ready. A week went by and no phone, so I went down with my husband to see where his phone was, and there was 2 customers in the shop who were being helped. As soon as the one customer left, we were totally ignored with other people coming into the shop. When we were served and I asked about the Memory Card I was told to buy a new one.
