Repairs to phone half done, then lost phone

In December 2012 I booked my BB Torch 9800 in @ Vodashop Sanlam due to bad battery life. Two weeks later I got my phone back with "new" battery. To my discovery the battery was worse than the original. I was then referred to Tvalley branch to test battery. Report showed "Failed". Due to holiday phone booked in @ Tvalley in Jan to look at bad battery life (again). This week Monday I went to fetch phone. Phone replaced (refurbished), but with OLD battery. Then they send it to Durbanville to check. Found that battery is finished, supply new one. Yesterday when I went to fetch refurbished phone new battery... the phone disappeared from their shop. I have never received such bad service or had such a bad experience. Vodashop Tvalley referred it today to Client Relations in Durbanville, who is now on the case. But with no clear answer when I can either get my refurbished phone or a new one because of the misplaced phone.
