I have been a Nashua Mobile customer for over 6 years and currently have 3 contracts with them. In August 2013 one of my cell phone contracts ran up to R6000 without my knowledge (Payment due end September 2013). I am now fully aware of the account and take full responsibility for it. I called Nashua to make a payment arrangement (as i can't afford to pay all at once) and the consultant i spoke to refuses to assist. I even contacted Nashua via their website and no one has called or even assisted. I NEVER said i'm not going to pay all i want is for a payment arrangement. Is this is too much to ask for!!! Its really disappointing receiving this treatment after being a loyal customer for 6 years...
