I took my phone in the second time for repair, and I received a sms saying that my phone is being transferred to my collection point. That was the Thursday, 11 April. On the Thursday, 18 April, I phoned the Woodlands Vodashop (where i gave my phone in for repair), and asked them whether they received my phone. they did, but did not bother to let my know. I think that is quiet bad, if I didn't phone them, when would i have got my phone. The other problem was that my phone is still not repaired. My question is what do they repair at this so called repair centres. So when I took my phone in for the first time, they fixed the broken element but just to break other stuff. The same day i took it back and then the above situation occurred.

I just want a phone that works and seem to me that the only solution is a new phone, because the repairing a phone through the vodashop, does not work. And I pay alot of money for the contract.
