My husband and I both have numbers with mtn. He is the account holder, but I am the only one with an alternative number. He is 400km away without me being able to contact him and tell him to sort out the account. I paid mtn yesterday 2013/09/10 at 09:47 and our suspension of service has not yet been lifted. I do not think it is fair that we must wait until Friday- when I see my husband again, to get this sorted out. His phone is very important when he is far away and mtn refuses to help me.
