This is just Ridiculous!!!
I called MSC to confirm my booking I bought on Groupon, and what a pain... first the number on the voucher is engaged, only sometimes the call goes through. On THREE occasions I got through the lady at the other end just transfers you through to there call centre and you just hold and hold and hold and hold and hold and hold and hold and hold and hold and hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes before you just get cut off.
I do know that you can book online but the website is not user friendly and not easy to use.
what is happening to our service providers in the Country, it seems it just getting bad.
Wasted 45 minutes of someone life!
