Dont respond to emails (auto respond only)

I was charged on the calls that cannot even be proved, now i wish to cancel my contract (2yrs completed) nobody is responding to my emails (only auto reply is available) and they promise to answer within 24hrs to 72hrs but the email send on the 02/09/2013 is still not answered. I've send 3 emails so far and still waiting for an aswer. They dont reply so that they can debit my account again month-end. Please assist
