It used to be that ABSA called you when international funds arrived. Now they have YOU call them... and hold on... and hold on... and hold on... and hold on some more...
Then 15 minutes later they eventually answer only to put you on hold again for 5 more minutes while they probably go make coffee.
It used to be 15 seconds - job done. Very clear this call, like my time, is NOT important to you... but then it is my money being wasted, so why would you care.
