Every time i call the Netstar call centre i am on hold for at least 10 minutes.
When i first called to apply for the service i was on hold for 12 minutes before someone answered and since my unit was installed last week whenever i want to test the unit i wait for at least 10 - 15 minutes.
On saturday the 4th of January 2014 i was on hold for 34 minutes before i gave up
on Monday the 6th of january 2014 i had to call twice. the first time i was on hold for 21 minutes which i put down then i called back and was on hold for 17 minutes when someone answered.
I am starting to regret taking out a Netstar service
I was with matrix before - there services were a bit slow but at least they answered there phones
for trsting i was using the 011 207 5114 number listed in my manual
