Extremely bad Call Centre Agent!! I called Discovery Health this morning at 06:35 to query something, I was on hold for 7 minutes until my call was "answered" by an agent, the agent placed me on hold immediately with no answer, I then waited another 4 minutes until the agent came on the line and introduced herself (I think she said Nomfundo), I then asked why I was on hold so long and she said she was having system problems. Surely you answer the call and then tell the customer that. I then told her I want to find out about a claim, she asked me to hold and then placed my call back into the queue. I then waited another 12 and a half minutes until I ended the call because obviously no one is working in that call centre. This is ridiculously poor service from a call centre, especially one that claims to be "ALL HOURS" and especially one that states in their hold music "Skilled Agents"!!
