On Hold for 40 minutes with no answer!!

I have paid for airplane tickets using my ABSA credit card and would like to confirm the travel insurance I should automatically get. I have tried calling ABSA Travel Insurance at 086 122 7284 three times today and have been put on hold for 30 minutes every time without any answer. I am currently on hold and have been waiting for 40 minutes!!!

When I have managed to get through to them before, about a month ago, they were extremely rude and unhelpful and all they wanted to do was up-sell me to get the additional cover. They also gave conflicting information as to whether you can do an EFT to from your CC to book the flights or not.

Please can someone from ABSA contact me immediately!!
