On hold for over 45 minutes!!!

I am trying to find out what the settlement value on my car is.
I called the Finance number on Nedbanks website, and was on hold for 20 minutes, I was then put through to someone else, and was put on hold again, and was then put onto someone else who put me on hold again!!
I called the Complaint help line, and they put me on HOLD!!! and told me to call another number... this number is the same as the initial number I called.

I am STILL ON HOLD!!!
