No feedback, no answe

I took a cellphone in to the Vodacare branch at Cresta Centre on the 21st August 2013. The phone was booked in for repairs. I received an SMS the next day with my job number, and another on the 26th August to say that the phone is currently in the repair process.

Since then, I have had no further feedback on the status of the phone. Whenever I call the Vodacare Cresta branch, the line just goes on ringing, and there is no answer. I went into the branch on the 29th Aug to find out about the status of the phone, and the person I spoke to said that it would take 7 to 14 days.

Today is the 14th day, and I have still not received any feedback. And once again nobody answers the phone when I dial the Vodacare branch. I would just like to know when I'll be getting my phone back.
