A new S4 booked for repairs at Vodacom

I Bought a new S4 on saturday the 28th of September 2013 at the Vodashop in Loch Logan in Bloemfontein and my sales person was Franky., and it only worked on sunday for less than an hour, it was giving me an error message-not registered on the network. When i bought the phone i was told if the phone gives me problems within 7days i will get a new phone, and i was surprised when i went to the Vodacare Centre in Cresta on the 01st of October and was told the phone needs to be booked in. I have been calling daily to follow up still i havent received any feedback from Vodacom till now. The Repairs Manager at Cresta Vodacare (Robin White) is not even willing to even assist me, he is giving me a stinking attitude and he is telling me the phone was only booked in on Thursday and i asked him to escalate the matter because it is not my fault that they booked the device late at the store.

I hate VOdacom since day one they have been giving me service, their call centre agents are the worst. I will forever regret porting to this useless Network
