Upgrade New phone out of box not working

Done upgrade on 1/02/2013 went home charged the phone after charging I inserted the sim and the phone was dead. Sony Xperia T

I called Vodacare shop cresta and I was told I need to bring it in as it need to go to repair centre. It will take 7 days. It's a brand new phone not working but I need to sit without a phone and contract is already active.

Vodacare shop cresta is causing me lots of inconvience due to no phone.

I spend R3000 with Vodacom and got ten contracts with them but this is the service. I think it's time to cancel my contract with Vodacom.
