Really Bad Repair Service

I handed in my Nokia Lumia 920 cellphone in at Vodacare at Vodaworld in Midrand on 29 January 2013 for a repair. I have received a Job Receipt with job number 8551132. I have also requested a quotation on the work as the lens is cracked. On 30 Jan 2013 I received a sms stated that the phone is in the repair process. I phoned Vodacare on 0821944 during the week of the 11th of Feb 2013 requesting an update. They couldn't give me an update. The lady mentioned that there is a quote for the amount of R1570 for the repair of the phone after I asked about the quotation. I gave them authorization to continue with the repair. I phoned again on 18 Feb 2013 requesting an update but my limit on the number 0821944 had been reached and I had to phone 0822410004. I called this number 3 times with no luck at all. One of the people I spoke to was Mona. I was given a number 0861166542 to phone Nokia directly but Nokia couldn't help me as they did not know which repair center was used. I got a call back from Vodacom providing a reference number A1-NRWY-KHVUS. They will investigate and find out what the status is on my Lumia 920 repair. It is now two days later and still no update from Vodacom.
