I emailed Vodacom Friday 16 August to complain about poor signal in my area. I was contacted by Genieve on Monday 19 August, and I was informed that Vodacom would take up to 14 working days to examine my signal issue.
The next day, Tuesday 20 August, Lerato contacted me to say he'd be at my house to test the signal the very next day at 11:15am.
Today, Wednesday 21 August, Lerato came and tended to my signal issues, now all that is left is for me to test the improved signal.
All round fantastic service from Vodacom!
