In February 2011 I spoke to a Nthabiseng Mokgopha who was suppose to send me a recon statement as they said there was money outstanding which i never ever received until they handed the account over and even when the account was handed over I asked Barbara Hitchcock on 27/022013 for a recon once again and up unti today no recon was evere received. My contract was suspended in February 2011 as they sated I owe money but I had paid R800 in January to bring up to date and in february pay my normal premiums my account was then unsuspended in january so how can my policy be suspended in february after paying all outstanding premiums for it to be suspended in february after the R200.00 payment stating that there is more outstanding and when i ask for a recon I never ever get one. Please can all responses come to me via email on [Email Removed] and also since my name is on ITC they can remove it until thhis query has been sorted out
